JEM 4.5.0 RC1: venues and events by type cause an error 404 page not found

JEM Frontend Menu items venues by type and events by type cause an error 404 "Page not found" 



 

Categories by type behaves normally
 

Fixed in RC2.

Installed pkg_jem_v4.5.0rc2.zip
Did a rebuild of the "JEM Front End" menu

Now the "JEM Front End" menu does not display any subitems under the Types menu item. 
There is one type "Cafetaria" assigned to venue

Fixed in the newly refreshed RC2 zip. Please check it and let me know if it's OK.
First, install JEM RC2, then load the sample data, and finally create the JEM menus.
