This page lists the security advisories published by the Joomla Event Manager (JEM) project. Each advisory identifies the affected JEM versions, the version containing the correction, the assessed severity and the action recommended for site administrators.

Keep JEM up to date. Install supported releases from the official JEM download or Joomla update channels. When an advisory affects your installation, follow the instructions in that advisory and update to the stated fixed version as soon as possible.

Reporting a Security Issue

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in JEM, please report it privately to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Include the affected JEM version, the component or feature involved, the steps required to reproduce the issue and its potential impact whenever possible.

Please do not disclose an uncoordinated vulnerability in a public GitHub issue, forum post or other public channel before the JEM team has had an opportunity to investigate and prepare a correction. Reports may be submitted in English or Spanish.
