Publish time

I'm installing the latest version JEM on Joomla 6 with PHP 8.5. When I create an event, everything looks good but it doesn't show up on the calendar. Through testing I found that if I set the Start Publishing back by 7 hours, the time I am behind UTC, it shows up. All the other times convert correctly from the database, where they are stored in UTC, as does the start publishing time. I have tried changing my php settings, although it was already set to my time zone, and verified all the settings on my server and Joomla are set to my time. Any suggestions as to what is causing this?

Try 'Global Setting´, there is a an option to follow Joomla time configuration. It´s a tab in the JEM configuration.

Sorry, I should have mentioned, I tried that and the other option too. The time is coming across correctly, it just doesn’t actually publish the event at that the listed time, it does it 7 hours later.

What is your time zone in Joomla? Your country time?

Joomla is set to Los Angeles, as is my php settings. I'm in the US.
