1) It woulde be beneficial to have the name of the venu displayed above the calendar.

2) In 5.0.0 one needs to select the venue at the back-end configuration for this menu item, which makes its usefullness a bit limited.
Would it be posible to have a pull-down selection for the venue at the front-end ?

Add the Venue Calendar menu item and frontend venue selector, improve its title and toolbar layout, and make venue map content adapt correctly to the configured popup size.
