With the new version JEM 4.5.0, adding attachments to an event does not work.
Unable to add a file.

I am on JEM 4.5.0. .and can't reproduce your issue.
So you must specify how you procede to get this error!

If you're on JEM 4.5.0, that means you're probably on Joomla 4.4.x.

But if you're running JEM 4.5.0 on Joomla 5.x or 6.x, please note that JEM 5.0.0 is the latest version available.

It seemed to me that JEM 5.0 should be installed after migrating the site to Joomla 6, and not before.
