Solved. JEM 4.5.0 rc2 Simplelist does not show upcoming events

Good evening. 

The Menu item type type "Simplelist" with link  "index.php?option=com_jem&view=eventslist" does not show upcoming events although there are 2 in my test system. 

Clicking on the archive icon shows correctly all archived events.

Solved - there was a 0 in "Number of days after today" instead of empty field.

 

Thanks for the update. This behavior is expected with the current Simplelist menu item settings.

The field “Number of days after today” must be left empty if you want to show all upcoming events without an upper date limit. A value of 0 means the date range ends today, so future events are filtered out.

There was already a previous fix related to this behavior in issue #2022. During upgrades, old menu items with `"Number of days after today" = 0` are converted to an empty value, but if the value is entered manually again, the menu item will again only show events up to today.

So the correct configuration is:
- empty = show all future events
- positive number = show events up to that many days after today
- 0 = only up to today
