JEM Upcoming Events Module Shows January Events, Not Upcoming Ones

I have an issue with my JEM module. Events for 2025 are showing, but the module still displays January events first (not the closest upcoming event).In my module settings, I don’t see any option to change the ordering or to filter events starting from "today".I have already:

• Cleared Joomla cache
• Checked that recurrence = nothing
• Adjusted JEM global settings

But the problem remains. Could my module be corrupted and need reinstalling, or is there another way to make the module only show upcoming events (from today onwards) in ascending date order?

The previous issue has been resolved, but why does the module only display today's events while no events appear when selecting upcoming events?

What is the JEM Basic Module setting?

If the module shows only 5 events, it could be because JEM has 5 or more events today.

If the module is set to display only a specific category or venue, then it will show only today’s event(s) from that category, since there are no other events in it.

There are many possible combinations of module settings and event entries that determine which events are shown today.

Okay, thank you. Previously, when the module was set to 'upcoming events,' it would display both ongoing and upcoming events. But now, I have to change the setting to 'unfinished events' in order to display both. Thank you for your help in solving this.
