Hi, I've seen this module and would love to integrate it into my site. I've looked at several event managers, but none of them quite fit my needs. Plus, to try them out, you have to subscribe, and some only allow limited testing.
How can I install the module?

First of all, welcome to JEM and to this forum!
I’m glad that you like JEM and its flexibility to achieve the best results when displaying events.

The JEM Map module is still in beta (development) and it is not included in the latest public release JEM 4.3.4 (published on GitHub github.com/jemproject/JEM-Project/releases/tag/v4.3.4.-stable ).
The update server for this version will be refreshed later this week.

You can test it, but first you need to install JEM 4.3.4 (see instructions below).
After that, you can try the new module, which is available in the dev branch:
github.com/jemproject/JEM-Project/tree/JEM-4.4.0-dev-map-module

As I mentioned, this module is still in development (beta 1) and the installation is not yet complete, so it requires a manual process:

- Zip the map module folder and install it in Joomla.
- Copy the media files (JS, CSS, PNG).

This new module will be part of the next version, JEM 4.4.0, which we plan to release in November. That release will also include a new venue map view for active events by date.

Does anyone know?

Please be patient. Our devs are volunteers and have beneath JEM a real live. They are working on JEM venue map.
