Insert a User

hi,
this is my first login and my first question
I cant find answer with my search.

How can i insert a User in my JEM?
ich have create an event and how can I assign a user to this event?
I have created a new User group if I want to select the contact, none is available into the popup.
In my Joomla Backend are User availeble.

Hi, welcome on this forum where users try to help other users.
Contact uses joomla contact. If joomöa contacts are not used and not ready, you can't insert contacts. Q
