Looking for a programmer to create an import script

Is there anyone who can help to create a script / component that will import xml data offered by other sites. The data needs to be imported on a daily basis via a cronjob. The import has to add new events, update exciting ones and remove / unpublish future events the are no longer available.
This is a paid job.
