How to set default status to Published for "Events" backend?

Dear all,

In the backend of JEM2.2.0, left menu item "Events", the default setting is "Select Status"
-> if I want to set it to "published", how to do?

Hi hhtmp88,

There is no standard way of doing this. JEM has no setting for it.

Maybe there is a way to trick the system. You could search for people that wanted to achieve the same with Articles for instance. The method of having an alternative value pre-selected in the selectbox would be similar.
