how to export the attendees names etc. 6 years 2 months ago #24035

I cannot seem to figure out how to export the user's first and last names and use them as a guest list or is there a way to export a guest list and perhaps even a check in tool/app? looking forward to your knowledge and experience...Thanks!

In the frontend the number of booked places is a link for the attendees. So you have to attend an event, then click on the number of booked places. On the attendees list you can choose print or export.
EDIT
Or you go to myevents and find the same.

Thanks I didn't see that link on the number of attendees...
1) any chance I can give other users permission to handle the guest-list as well?
2) is there a 'check-in' possibility to check in those that show up?
3) maybe a JEM app in the future to handle such stuff? ;-)

@1: see a template override solution here in the forum!
@2: what do you mean by that?
@ 3: I really don't know.

@2: that you can alter the status from attending to waiting list and delete, etc. but also to checked-IN, thus I can use the guestlist on location and check in those who actually show up, so an extra status value for stats etc.

@1: do you have the link somewhere as to how this is done, then I can ask my web-developer to check it out and do it...
