Save failed following error: Event start must be before

Hi,

This is my clients website: caverntavern.com/
Joomla 3.7.2
JEM: 2.2.1

Up until May 18th, 2017, the client was able to add event time by just adding the Start Time Hour only. No minutes or End Time. But now we are getting error on the save that says : "Save failed with the following error: Event start must be before"

After the error is shown, the time is blank. Then if you add just the Start Time Hour in and save. It works.

Here are some other tests I tired.
Add only Start Time Hours & Minutes clicking on drop down : Works
Add only Start Time Hours & Minutes by using TAB button to move fields and the number keys to click through time: Fail
Add Start Hours & Minutes with End Hours & Minuets time: Works
Add Start & End Time Hours & Minutes by use TAB button number keys to click through times: Fail

Of course the client can just select with mouse from the drop down, but up until now hos workflow flow had been using the Tab button and just adding the Start Time only

That said, does anyone have insight into what might be going on? Could there be a setting that I need to change?

Hi, I use and used normally only the start time, but allways hours and minutes and I have/had never problems.
The free one without numbers in the column is for me, if I want to change to no time.
Perhaps the joomla update changed something with the time.

Thanks for the reply. I was thinking this might have something to do with the update since we had no trouble until Joomla 3.7.1. If I have time I am going to set up one more test with an older version of Joomla.

I was just hoping that someone else had the same problem and had found a solution. But as I mentioned, the client said he could live with the changes
