You are using the table-style layout of jem-responsive. This layout does not support event images.
If you are using the modern layout, as jojo noticed (www.joomlaeventmanager.net/media/kunena/...ments/841/jemlay.png), the image should appear. In the modern layout its just important that you enable the event images. Column widths are not used in the new layout.

I have checked all your URLs and none of them links to a modern layout style. All are using the table-style layout.
