Any good suggestion for CSS tools ?

Dear all,

I was using an Web Developer Firefox extension for modifying the look and feel of JEM,
but...
unfortunately, its no longer supported by the new Firefox version
-> so can you suggest a good one for the latest Firefox or Chrome?

I hope that I can use mouse pointer to point to and click on a webpage object and the tool can display the CSS ID of it.

The new Firefox have inbuilt web developer tool. You don't need any support for that. At least my Firefox 58.0.2 X64 have inbuilt CSS editor web tool. hmm or does this have anything to do with JEM questions here?
