it would be great to add new joomla! custom fields to JEM.!

I would applaud this! The reason for moving tot custom fields is that the extra fields now are limited. Not only to 10 fields, but also the fields now only are text fields. I'm formatting the output of the field in my template, because I know what should be in the field (a url, a number etc.) but there's no real check on the type of input when adding of changing an event.
