It is fixed and will be in the next relaase (JEM 4.4.0) which is coming soon (we guess 2-3 weeks).

If you want you can test it on your staging site with the actual beta version:

If you consider testing: there is a new package: pkg_jem_440rc1.zip

And JEM 4.4.0 is close to beeing released.
