recent fixes in jem_5alpha3

I found the source of the problems. Joomla 6 is much more strict than J5.
I will provide a new package.
But remember: it's still alpha and not for production sites or at least at your very own risk.

The installation and update failures were caused by JSON‑related SQL statements, which were fixed by ensuring all JSON fields are valid before applying operations.

edit: I called it alpha1, as we somehow slowly started to move to Joomla 6 development (which is actually good )

JEM_5alpha1 installed correctly.
All modules and plugins are present.

Add venu shows "Warning: Undefined property: stdClass::$defaultCountry /v6-test/administrator/components/com_jem/models/venue.php on line 210.
The warning is correct, I did not define a default country, but in previous version 4.3.4 there was no such warning. Should there be a warning anyway ?

Do I continue to report in this forum or via Github ?
Because after entering the default country I get :        1062 Duplicate entry 'defaultCountry' for key '###_jem_config.PRIMARY
and de default country was not saved

J6 is much more strict and higher php version too, so warnings may occury.

Yes, please report it on GitHub and mark it with the label J6, then we can take care of it after the release of JEM 4.4.0.
