Looking at the first img of your attachment i would say that the problem you are experiencing is due to your template as the tooltip is shifted to the lift. What template do you have?

I think also it's something template / javascript related. Maybe a module or plugin loading different version of some script (jQuery, Mootools, ...) which conflicts or something in that direction.

- template: tk_gen_free_ii
- plugin: fmalertcookies
- coalaweb traffic

There is an error when loading the website:
"Bootstrap's Javascript requires jQuery" and it points to bootstrap3.min.js wich is loaded by the plugin fmalertcookies

so there is indeed an error and a big chance that is caused by bootstrap 3 files but will take a look.
