Lo spazio web gratuito che uso, come test del sito, non mi permette di caricare il database di geolitecity.

Locally it does work over here so don't have a clue, but something you can check are the permissions of Joomla.
System -> System information -> Directory permissions

I don't know on which problems you're talking about but have some minds while looking on the screenshot, maybe it helps.

• Do you have copied a site from "whatever.it/" to "localhost/cava3/" and have trouble? Then maybe you need to adapt C:/xampp/htdocs/cava3/.htaccess line "redirect base /" to "redirect base /cava3/"
• I think the folder "C:/xampp/htdocs/cava3/log" doesn't exist because it's named "logs" ? This reminds me of Akeeba Backup which made this mistake (don't remember which version). You can correct this on Joomla's global settings.

Please let me know if I blind man had hit a mark. (we Germans talk about blind chickens in such cases )

Non ho capito cosa devo fare?
L'unico file non scrivibile è quello "C:/xampp/htdocs/cava3/log" come vedi dall'immagine.
in effetti la cartella "log" non esiste. C'è quella chiamata "logs".
Come posso correggere questo con le impostazioni globali di Joomla.
