I just downloaded and installed the greek translation of JEM. The encoding of the files seems to be correct (UTF-8 without BOM) but the greek text is strange characters. I did some changes to the encoding trying to fix the problem but no luck.
Below is an example of what I see:
COM_JEM_HEADER_WAITINGLIST_STATUS="Κατάσταση"
Sorry for the very late response. It seems that the file we used as basis for the transifex translation was corrupted.
So we have to set up the translation again.
In order to get a kickstart, we would like to use a previous language file, for instance a Greek translation for Eventlist would be great.
If you or anyone else has such a file, please PM me.
This was a quick fix. Someone sent me an old translation that could be modified to JEM format and then uploaded. The Greek language is now re-created at transifex and the strings look much better. Have a look here:
