Hi.
Outlook 2024 does not import the ics file correctly.
Win11 is set to TZ Berlin and daylight saving is enabled. Outllook settings also is as TZ Berlin But when importing the ics file the time is not in summer time (as today 2026-10-17) but in standard TZ Berlin (means 1 hour wrong).
This validator says "
www.lokr.co/tools/ics-validator
" says that VTIMEZONE should be added. The original and fixed ics files are attached.
