Super - that looks already very complete. Thank you.
Joomla 6, JEM 5: I disabled the old plugin and installed the new plugin. It is available in acymailing Add-Ons.
Then I created a template, use drag and drop editor, edit template, the jem icon is visible and i can drop it to the email content, insert an event and configure everything. I was able to create the template and send it! Great!
What did not work:
- on Add on page the plug in image is broken
- on Add on page->settings I entered a menu item id for a modul (basic) and also for a menu item simplelist - did not see any changes althtoug in basic the number of events was set to 1 - but all where shown.
- in Editor, JEM at the bottom there is a label JEM menu item ID but the field shows itemid
- I am struggling to show the event details after clicking on the event title - will test tomorrow - could be caused by my template.
So the plugin works for use case one: Create "campaign" to inform a set of subscriber about an specific event - i can insert the event data.
Second use case: To inform a set of subscriber about the "next event" where the next event is dynamicall insert does not work. I have to select the event manuall in the template. Will try to find a way tomorrow.
Is it possible to select thw first element in list as default?

1 week 1 day agochapter 21: "JEM Events in Acymailing"
Great idea. Thats perfect for the reminder email - it picks automatically the event (in module number of event = 1)!
