Could you test the Beta 3 of this branch

? There have been many changed in the code to control the access level for events, categories and venues.
What is your Advanced Parameter setting for events?

In your case, the Advanced Parameters should be:
Show Locked Events: Registered
Show Locked Venues: Public or Registered
Show Locked Categories: Public
Show Locked Events: Registered
Show Locked Venues: Public or Registered
Show Locked Categories: Public

Hello, sorry I'm just getting back to you now, I've tried a few things and it seems to be the following:
Appointments that cannot be exported to ics are not displayed in the main menu. I have the internal appointments, for registered users, in another subsite. This can be accessed via login. So once there are appointments for all under the main menu and once only for logged in users under the secure menu.
The ics export then takes place from the secure menu, but unfortunately only the appointment that is public is exported.
If a registered appointment is moved to the main menu (public), it can also be exported.
I cannot give test access because I do not have a test environment. The website is

Sorry, but I don't understand the enciroment to try a simulation.
You can upload somete capture of setting.
