I turned off the SEO friendly URLs and then JEM module stopped showing in the article which I connected to menu item. When I turn on SEO friendly URLs the modules starts showing but are not working when I turn SER friendly URl off.
Thanks for the Reply but this didn't work, I tried clearing Joomla's cache. If there is any separate cache for JEM, please let me know. I'll try clearing those too.
