I am back again. I tried all the poposals, but they did'nt help to solve my problem.
At first I deleted all tables with the button Housekeeping, then I deinstalled JEM 2.2.
After the new installation I could open the event button and I could save a new event. After openeing the event button again I got the same error message again.
Then I installed my backup its Joomla 3.6.2 installed the JEM 2.2 and I got no error message at all.
So there must be a conection between JEM 3.6.4 and JEM 2.2.

I had the exact same symptoms you are experiencing. Try the last thing that Bluefox recommended to me. BEFORE uninstalling go into JEM settings and check the box to "Cleanup DB on Uninstall" under Global Parameters. Then uninstall, reinstall. That worked for me, hope it does for you too.

Yes, that's the solution. Not perfect but if works. The problem is that the tables of JEM 3 and JEM 2 are somehow incompatible. They JEM 3 tables remain after uninstall (default case) and installation of JEM 2 does not recreate or change them then, but needs different columns.there is an option in the backend of JEM, settings view, that can be ticked to delete all tables upon install of JEM. When not ticked the tables will not be deleted.
--> but be carefull as when that option is ticked an JEM is uninstalled the tables and your data will be deleted so be very carefull and always make a good backup.
Maybe we can rewrite it a bit and make a How-to out of it
