JEM and structured data

I just checked:
under headers="jem_date", I can see itemprop="startDate" and itemprop="endDate"
under headers="jem_title" I can see itemprop="name"
but
under headers="jem_location" and headers="jem_category" are missing all itemprop

How I can add the missing itemprop in the Simplelist file?

Yes, I noticed too, that there is structured data missing in JEM, also in Egnarts responsive version.

I'm very busy with other stuff at the moment but I'm going to modify Egnarts responsive version so that the structured data will be represented correctly.
I may last a bit.
