How can users in the contact person-list

I was looking for 2 days now as i must adjust the registered user in the contact list can really can enter all objectives and offered exhibitors can get in contact with the organizer. How can I do this in the future and it also automatically in the list goes? About this topic you can find not yet here in the Forum and the help section,

Ich suchte jetzt 2 Tage lang wie ich dies einstellen muss das sich registrierte Benutzer in die Kontaktperson Liste einfügen kann das sich wirklich alle eintragen können und Botenziele Aussteller sich mit dem Organisator in Kontakt Treten können. wie kann ich dies machen und das es in Zukunft auch automatisch in die liste geht? über dieses Thema gibts noch nicht hier im Forum und im Hilfe Bereich auch nicht
