Booking appointments?

Hi,

For now I use JEM in 1 direction. I mean that I only publish activities, and I don't expect users to book a place to the events.

But for another project, I'd need users to choose an appointment.
Like for a Doctor, where there are multiple available appointments per day, but only 1 patient per appointment. And when there is 1 participant, the appointment is no more available to others.

So I am wondering if it could be possible to do that with JEM...
Would it be?

You can do this in the create event form on registration.
Registration: yes
Max Places: 1
Waiting List: No

But when the event reaches its max places, it is not hidden.
