Approval of User Registrations in Events

Hi!
Im just new in JEM and i wonder if it is possible to make a registration approval for a event, so when a user register for a event the admin of this event has to approve the participation of this user?

as far as I know, it is not possible.

@newslettercf. The only thing you can do is to add the text. So the attending person knows that he needs an aproval. And you have to send this aproval manually.
