Teaser module configuration And events in calendar

Hello
these days I have tried a few extensions for Joomla for the management of events, including, of course, JEM.
For me, that use linux now for 20 years, the idea of how JEM is developed, it's fantastic.
And now we go to my problems....
1- in latest events teaser module, I would show only the title, and the icon with, month, weekday and number of day.
1.1 I can not to remove totally the description.
1.2 And the icon it's too big.
1.3 The title it's too big.
1.4 There are two little rectangles empty that I do not can remove
1.5 and finally I do not set the module width
The result is that the module have a big big height. There are a solution for this?
2- Is possible that in the month view of the calendar the events (title events) are displayed into the box of corresponding day?

If anyone know where I can modify the JEM code, for try to solve these my problems, would give me a big help.

Have you tried the mod_jem_banner too, because this is a more developed teaser module

Yes, take the "JEM - Module-Banner" as Jojo said. There in the Module settings set "Show Description" to "No" and style the rest of your requests with CSS.
Or create an overrride of the "JEM - Module-Teaser" and modify it and use CSS.

And: if you reduce the size of the icon, the letters will be very small – difficult to read.

Last night I worked on jem to give him an aspect that I like more. In the attached file is the jem1, while the other jem2 you can see the original appearance (the appearance of the name of the month that I will use is in file jem2).
