Think it was asked before but maybe adding an option for subtitle would be nice.

Where would you want a subtitle? As an event title?

Yes, as a second title for the event. If filled it will show it.
It won't be used very often but it can be usefull.

Don't know if this has to do with it but Joomla provides params for all menu items in backend to specify own page title / page heading as well as switching on/off page heading.

Because this is different in 1.5 and 2.5 JEM doesn't support this fully yet.
