Could you consider an upgrade of the plugin jemlistevents vith eventids and event=on parameters ? such as venue parameters

An idea:
You can set this event as featured.
And in the plugin you can use featured=on

use: {jemlistevents eventids=2,4;}
2,4 are the event ids
