User got a mail to confirm his subscription, but de subject was PLG_JEM_MAILER_USER_REG_SUBJECT.
Further investigation shows that this variable is missing in the file nl-BE.plg_jem_mailer.ini
There was no such problem with the 4.3.3 language file
I think this is my fault. I started to check all the language strings, because there are so many, which are not used anymore.
The given string here is composed dynamically. While checking, I missed that fact and removed it.
I'm sorry.
I will include it again in the language strings.
