A part is missing in my explanation of the solution. Sorry for that!
You also have to change the default value in the table structure.
I guess it is:

Hi,
thanks for your quick reply!
I've also tried your solution, without any effect.
I'm irritated about the "Incorrect datetime value "%0000-00-00%". Wouldn't be "%0000-00-00 00:00:00%" correct? Why is there a datetime value without time? Maybe it's not a problem in the database, but in a configuration-file?

We've found a solution:
- Install Joomla 4.x
- Change modified_time to NULL in the database as shown in hekla's posts
- Install JEM 4.0 (not the newer Version like 4.1 or 4.2!), you can download it at the JEM-github-repository
- Let Joomla repair the JEM-database-tables
- Install JEM 4.1 and 4.2
Maybe it's enough to repair the Database after the Joomla upgrade and then install JEM 4.2 directly, I haven't tested that.
