On the frontend of my website (handelingen.com, under 'AGENDA') the start- end endtime of an event are not well shown.
For instance, when I've filled 15:30 as starttime in the backend, I get in the frontend: %15:%Sep.
In Settings I've set:
Form Time: H:i
Time Suffix: uur
Format Hour: H
What can be wrong?

Please check the time format settings in the basic module (not only in the general JEM settings).
