Just to note:
The warning is generated if file has been saved but then changing file persmission to read-only failed. So the reason is somewhere around server's operating system / file permissions.
Jojo12 - i know that apears joomla update thanks. I try to put the Jem responsive css inside Jem default because i change it before three jem update so i keep a file and every update i put my css..
Hoffi - I look for that i hope to find the problem, the permitions is ok.
In the last jem update have some problems, i do not know if any alse have the some whith me.
