Hide fields in the event creation form

Hello and thank you Egnart for your help.
Not having found the directory com_jem/editevent/ in "html", I simply deleted lines 137 to 143 without affecting the operation.
I also moved the "Category" field, just after alias as my client wants.

With your solution, the change will be removed if you update JEM.
So, if folders do not exist, create them and you have an update-safe solution.
