Eventually you can use one of the custom fields with an language override to display the content of this field in the column "aktualisiert am".
Another possibility would be to extend JEM displaying the "last edit" database entry (if it exist? im currently not shure) in the frontend.

Where can I find the file from which I must do the connect to the language-override? I have already created the language-override.

Sorry, but how you created the language-override, if you don't know, where to find it?
The help for creating language-overrides is in backend jem help
on JEM 2.3.3 stable in latest Joomla (3.10.2) Protostar php7.4.15
Personally I use t4_B5 template with t4_system plugin framework with bootstrap 5 and fontawesome)
(I prefer free "Signal" or paid "Threema" instead of "Whatsapp".)

Hello Jojo,
how to make a voice override I know. I am now looking for the file that contains the data that is in the renamed user field so that I can include this data in the list view.

Unfortunately, my english is not so good, so maybe the "problems" with my explanations
