Confused on use

Hello All!
First, this looks like a great tool but I am very confused on its use. I need a means to schedule blocks of people for assessments and cannot figure out how to do this.
Example:
Our office has 6 staff, doing 3 assessments / day (8:30-10; 10-1130; 1130-2) All clients arrive at the start of each block and the staff are assigned as they arrive.
I created a calendar with 3 events / day;
A referring agent would log in, select an event and schedule the person to that slot (6 participants per slot).

When I test it, there is no way for the referring agent to put the client's name in.

Can someone please assist? And, if this is not the best tool can someone recommend another? Thanks

Let me describe another way.

I want to create 3 distinct events that occur daily.
These events can be for up to 6 participants.
Registration needs to be behind a secured login.
Requests to attend the event are submitted to an 'agent'.
The agent will then register that person for the event (max of 6 participants)
When I test it as an 'agent', I cannot put the atttendee's name in. All I see is me as the attendee.
I need to register specific names for those who would attend.

First of all you prepare the JEM settings with usercontrol>Registrations>allow event registration=yes
you create dayly repeated events. Best is: First create one event. After the control you open it again and create the repetition. Be careful: There's a limitation in JEM settings>Global parameters>Advanced Parameters.you can only repeat until this number of days.
The attending users have to be registrated users inside of your Joomla site. When they are logged in, they can registrate for an event. (with jem mailer the admin gets an email) and the user is added to the event. The agent in backend goes to the events and clicks the number of attendees (in frontend you can do this too if you are attending - clicking the number of attendees opens the attendees manager) then you can add or delete attending users. (But you can't do this with drag and drop). Please try and ask again.
