Hi!
In my opinion, it would be cool if I could add one or more categories to venues.
I make a calendar for cultural events in my city (theatre, exhibition, concerts, festivals,...) and so it would be nice to be able to have venues listed by category (i.e. all galleries, all concert halls, all theatres)

Is this planned for one of the next releases?

Thank you for this suggestion. We will look what could be a big help for our users. Until now we don't have plans to add this.
At first I try how we can use JEM for that:
There can be concerts in a gallery... So I ask you: Is it possible to use the existing (event) categories for your purposes? I e.g. use the categories for different parishes (which are venues).
There is even a possibility to make subcategories.
Perhaps you can try to obtain something useful for you like that!
