Permission to create events in the frontpage

Now the user rights are how I wanted it.

A last question:

If mh-edit creates a new event, this usergroup is still able to choose under the topic "Access" between "public", "mh-view", "registred" , "members" and all other possible forms of access.

Is there a way, that this usergroup can only choose "mh-view", because otherwise this group can publish events, which can be viewed by erverybody.
