Table '#_jem_events' has the wrong type or attributes for column 'COLUMN' with

Joomla 5.4.3  PHP 8.4   JEM 4.1.1

System board / Database shows one problem in JEM database

 Table '##_jem_events' has the wrong type or attributes for column 'COLUMN' with type *fulltext".

For the rest JEM seems to function normally.

Above problem was caused bij testing with a JEM 4.00-alpha version. But remains after installing stable versions 4.0.0 and 4.1.1
Can this be corrected with the help of myPHPadmin ?

I have the same problem in a clean installation of JEM 4.4.1, Joomla 5.4.2, PHP 8.3, 10.4.34-MariaDB.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

In admin Maintenance / Database, 2 Problems:
Database version 4.4.1does not match manifest version 4.4.2.
Database update version 4.4.1 does not match JEM version 4.3.4.
44 database changes were checked.
72 database changes did not alter table structure and were skipped.

No error for a JEM new install on a test website
