To check, I deinstalled JEM 4.4.0-rc1 while deleting the DB entries ->> DB no errors
Switched site to PHP 8.3.16

Installed JEM 4.4.0-rc1 again and result is the same.
The error message is found in the Joomla management panel /  database management

Sorry, this commit is new and it is not included in RC1 but will be included in the final release.
Please, test rc2, you can download from:
github.com/jemproject/JEM-Project/blob/JEM-4.4.0-dev-bugfix-newfeatures/pkg_jem_440rc2.zip
