Hi, I'm using JEM 2.1.4 with Joomla 3.4.1.
I noticed that the event page is not indexable because brings a canonical link.
An example:
I created an event page with this link mysite.it/eventi/event/1-evento-test. In the html code of this page indicates a link rel = "canonical mysite.it/eventi/event/1 equal to that would be the page that search engines should index.
It seems to me that the operation should be just the opposite, because in this way I would index a page with a url sef not indicative.
Is there a way to solve this problem that could have a major impact SEO?
Since the problems are different SEO can you tell me if there is an update that improves?
Thanks for the support

Hi Jojo12 , I did not understand if you want me to give you a hand to understand the SEO. If that's what you want I can help you with much pleasure. In particular of my problem I hope to have explained well. I can not understand where is created in the code rel: canonical. It should be created just the opposite of how it works now. Ask what information you need and I provide you according to my knowledge. :)

Do you know where I can find the code that creates the rel = "canonical"?

I want to point out that the problem only occurs if is active the SEF of Joomla. When the SEF is off, (of course) the problem is not there.
