I am a new user, and I have a lot of doubts...starting for the main issues:

1 - I want to incluide AUTHOR o CREATED BY into the calendar cell, how can I do it?

2- Also, I wish to eliminate a lot of data (customized fields, tabs, etc.) in the form sheet, what files should I modify?

Hi, welcome on this forum where users try to help other users.
@1: The details like AUTHOR are shown in the event details.
If you mean with calendar the simple list, so you have to click onto the title to view the event details.
You can choose in the JEM settings in backend if you want to show the AUTHOR of the event.
@2: If you don't fill the custumized fields, they aren't shown.
So I think you want to hide this in the event edit. You find the file in
site/components/com_jem/views/editevent/tmpl/edit.php.

@1: I set up the general settings to show autor (configuration, event page, show Author) but nothing happens in the general calendar event, no changes, nothing!!! only it affects to event details. And we want to show these data in calendar event cell.

First of all our "simple list" or "eventslist" is not a "calendar" view. We have different calendars: weekcal, calendar (events), calendar (venues). So we understand each other.
For most of our users it's enough to show the author in event details. It is dangerous to pack all into the simple list, which wants to be what it says "simple".
So it's up to you to find a solution. the simple list view is in
site/components/com_jem/common/views/tmpl/default_events_table.php
