JEM's Google map settings are a little bit tricky,
I am not sure if this help:
-> I make the google maps to work by following this instructions:
kb.prohma.org/index.php?title=JEM:_How_to_setup_Google_Maps
-> Pls. let me know if it works for you too

for Geodata, I simply select to "Add a map link" and nothing else, pls. follows this instructions strictly:
