It seems that's from the sessions table and says you have searched for the word "jem".
If that's the only one (and you searched for parts, not hole words, meaning "jemmy" would also be found) there's nothings left in db.
Some files maybe left on /administrator/manifests/packages/ (this could cause problems).
-- BUT --
@Bluefox: I fear the install*.sql is wrong. After 'attachment_types' are 15 fields defined, but in INSERT line are 12 values only.
Maybe it's better to use the "INSERT IGNORE INTO tbl_name SET col_name=value, ..." syntax? Especially the settings table is toooo long to keep track of them.
We could alternatively give all fields where possible a DEFAULT value in CREATE TABLE statement so we can limit the INSERT statement to - in best case - "INSERT INTO #__jem_settings SET id=1;"
On GitHub I looked into file JEM-3/admin/sql/install.mysql.utf8.sql taged with v3.0.6.
There I counted the number of fields listed in CREATE TABLE statement and compared with the number of values in INSERT statement. They must match but they don't.
So a fresh install of this version will cause a problem (same effect as Jojo found on my last change on that table for 2.1.2).
