JEM for Joomla 4 – information, state of the arts 7 months 1 week ago #29988

@mckillo
I understand and I was very often in this situation, cre.ting
a new event and then there was no category I could use ?
In the help it is written first to create a category.
We decided for the first JEM 4 not to add enhancements. It will be a next step for such an enhancement.
It would be good to add this in github issues

Hi everybody,

thank you for all the contributions and bug reports.
I didn't manage to report them all to the coder, so in the new beta release (2.3.9) only the issues labelled "fixing in round 4 (2.3.8)" should be fixed.
github.com/Heklaterriol/JEM-Project/issu...und+4+%282.3.8%29%22
So a bunch of bugs are not yet fixed, e.g. the ones labeld "bugs" but not "fixing in round 4 (2.3.8)"
github.com/Heklaterriol/JEM-Project/issu...nd+4+%282.3.8%29%22+

Nevertheless I put the release on github to download and labelled it JEM 2.3.9
As before we have the code on a temporary testing repository on GitHub:
github.com/Heklaterriol/JEM-Project/tree/JEM-4beta1

The open bugs and espessially the one labbeld "releaseblocker" ( github.com/Heklaterriol/JEM-Project/issu...bel%3Areleaseblocker ) will be reported to the coder these days.

To install JEM beta 2.3.9
Download the installation package pkg_jem_v2.3.9.zip from GitHub. You have to remove the previous (test) version of JEM and make a clean install.
Please report all error back to GitHub or here.

The listed titles in simplelist with link &view=eventslist have a too large fontsize. How can I change this (CSS) or is this fault? See attachment.
The number of entries cannot be restricted

I agree (a bit) with you. But it depends. First of all I would change the view of the date via JEMsettings. layout, in in 2 lines and times set = H:i
This gives you more place.
But in the view of this case "eventslist_small.php" H4 could be smaller
