Unfortunately I don't have details...
It would be front end use of JEM and I suspect its not the newest version of Safari ... as there often appear to issues with Joomla on Mac (at least the older versions). It seems, however, it is an odd problem, not a "regular" one. Thus it is not of high priority at this time. Thanks for your readyness to help though. I might come back, if I find out more on the issue.
